Role: Inventory Officer
Location: Maitama Abuja
Salary: N150,000 monthly
Job Summary:
The Inventory Officer will manage stock levels, document inventory movements, and ensure accurate tracking of all supplies and materials to support efficient daily operations.
Job Description:
Monitor and record daily inventory inflow and outflowJob description templates
Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory documentation
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
Track reorder levels and notify management when stock is low.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items
Work closely with procurement and operations teams
Prepare periodic inventory reports for management
Support compliance with company standards and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in inventory or storekeeping roles is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good numerical and analytical abilities
Proficiency in basic computer and inventory management tools
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and follow laid-down procedures.
