About the Role

This role sits at the heart of employee compensation and benefits, handling highly confidential remuneration data and managing payroll-related activities. The selected candidate will work in a secure, restricted environment where accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality are essential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remuneration Executive, you will be entrusted with several critical activities, including:

1. Calculating payroll for contract and service staff.

2. Preparing monthly allowances for NYSC members, Interns, Industrial Trainees, and Young Graduates.

3. Managing communication with Head Office on DEFIPRO (additional employee benefits) and preparing quarterly DEFIPRO reports.

4. Liaising with ex-staff and assisting them in accessing their final entitlements.

5. Preparing claims and staff benefits such as:

 

1. Late hour claims

2. Kilometer claims

3. Relief duty allowances

4. Professional and club subscriptions

5. Long service awards

6. TEHOS (TotalEnergies Home Solution)

7. Preparing quarterly Variable Cost Scheme (VCS) reports in collaboration with relevant business units.

8. Computing staff loans, reconciling loan deductions, and collaborating with the Legal team on agreements.

9. Managing terminal benefits for exiting and deceased staff, ensuring timely payment to families.

10. Setting up new staff on Anael HR and Anael Paie for DEFIPRO contributions.

11. Coordinating quarterly meetings with fund managers overseeing the staff gratuity fund.

12. Collating data for the annual

13. Individual Social Report (ISR).

 

 

Candidate Profile

To qualify for this role, you should have:

Education: A minimum of BSc or HND in Accounting or a related field.
