Job summary:
Leads company-wide operations, aligns teams with strategic goals, and drives efficiency, performance, and growth across all business functions.
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership across all operational units.
Guides planning and execution of operational strategies.
Oversees day-to-day operations with long-term strategic focus.
Manages cross-functional teams and promotes collaboration.
Reviews financial reports and uses KPIs for decision-making.
Drives efficiency improvements and expansion initiatives.
Supervises HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
Oversees budgeting, cost control, and forecasts.
Leads digital transformation and tech-based processes.
Builds strong stakeholder relationships.
Handles conflict resolution and key negotiations.
Ensures proper use of CRM, ERP, and business systems.
Upholds high ethical and professional standards.
Requirements:
Minimum five years in senior operational roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields; Master’s/MBA is preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent financial and analytical capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in strategy execution.
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven.
