Job Summary:
Alphabait Realty is a premium real estate development firm specializing in high-value residential and multi-use projects with a focus on innovative design and quality construction. We are seeking an IT Officer to manage the company’s technology infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems across offices and project sites.
Description:
1. Manage and maintain company hardware and software including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices
2. Provide technical support to staff, sales teams, engineers, and property management teams
3. Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls) across multiple locations
4. Oversee real estate software systems such as CRM, ERP, lead management, billing, and document management platforms
5. Ensure data security, backups, antivirus management, and secure cloud storage
6. Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, upgrades, and installations at new sites
7. Set up IT systems for new offices, project sites, sales galleries, and customer service centers
8. Monitor system performance to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
9.Implement and maintain email systems, communication tools, and user account management
10. Prepare IT documentation including asset inventories, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2. 2–5 years of IT experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or multi-site operations
3. Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows environments
