Job Description:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, cash handling, sales monitoring, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be experienced, highly organised, trustworthy, and capable of managing the store independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and train store staff
2. Manage work schedules and delegate tasks
3. Oversee stock management, supplies ordering, and inventory records
4. Monitor daily sales and perform accurate cash reconciliation
5. Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
6. Ensure store cleanliness, product display, and proper presentation
7. Prepare and submit operational reports to management
8. Enforce company policies and maintain store security
Requirements:
1. Minimum of National Diploma (ND)
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in store management or retail supervision
3. Strong leadership and organisational skills
4. Basic accounting and cash-handling experience
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Must be reliable, disciplined, and able to work with minimum supervision
7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
