3. Prior remote working experience, especially within companies that value timely and efficient execution of tasks.
4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a natural customer-first approach.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities, the kind of person who identifies issues and provides effective solutions with ease.
6. Proficiency with digital tools essential for managing remote customer operations seamlessly.
