Job Overview
The Community Engagement & Program Support Officer will be at the heart of student and community interactions. This role blends social media management, live hosting, program support, and email communication to ensure smooth operations and vibrant engagement within the Academy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Live Hosting & Student Engagement
i. Host webinars, Q\&A sessions, and expert panels.
ii. Moderate discussions and encourage active participation.
iii. Collect student feedback to improve program delivery.
2. Enrollment & Student Follow-Up
i. Track and manage student enrollment and onboarding.
ii. Provide timely support for registration and training inquiries.
iii. Work closely with the program team to ensure smooth operations.
3. Social Media Management
i. Manage the Academy’s platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
ii. Create engaging posts, campaigns, and updates.
iii. Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and analyze performance.
4. Email Communication & Outreach
i. Draft and schedule professional campaigns.
ii. Manage mailing lists and segment audiences.
iii. Respond promptly to inquiries and gather structured feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Admin, IT, or related field.
2. Prior experience in social media management, community engagement, or program support.
3. Excellent public-speaking and communication skills.
4. Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoom, or MS Teams.
5. Knowledge (or willingness to learn) about data protection and privacy concepts.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

2. Experience in tech or education-related community work.
