Salary: ₦1.5M – ₦1.8M per Month
Your Mission:
As the QA/QC Manager, you will take full charge of ensuring the safety of workers and operational integrity of facilities through rigorous implementation of HSE and QA/QC procedures. Your core responsibility is to enforce international best practices while maintaining an incident-free work environment.
You will also lead the design, review, and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that guarantee product, service, and environmental quality across all areas of the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and monitor the company’s Quality Control and Quality Assurance framework
* Design and enforce HSE protocols and safety standards
* Drive compliance with international Oil & Gas regulations
* Supervise audits, inspections, and quality checks
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Who We’re Looking For:
Educational Qualifications: Relevant academic and professional certifications in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 20 years in QA/QC and HSE roles within reputable Oil & Gas firms.
Expertise: Proven track record in establishing and managing successful QA/QC and HSE systems aligned with global standards.
